Add a photo, your name and your time zone. This is the face guests see on your booking page, so it feels personal — like meeting you, not filling in a form. It takes about a minute.
Create a link, give it a name, choose how long the call should be, and tap the exact weekly times you are free. Want a separate link for intro calls and another for interviews? Make as many as you like — each with its own hours. Edit or pause any of them whenever your week changes.
Every link gets a clean address like renotad.app/u/yourname. Copy it into your email signature, your chat bio, a message — anywhere. One link, and anyone can book you without a single email exchanged.
Your guest opens the link and sees a clean calendar with only your open slots. They choose their time zone (Renotad detects it automatically), pick a day and a time shown in their local hours, add a short topic, and choose which app the call should happen on. Booked slots vanish instantly, so two people can never grab the same moment.
The booking appears in your dashboard right away. As the call approaches — three, two or one hour before — the booking highlights a field for the meeting URL. Paste in your Zoom, Meet or any other link, and your guest has everything they need. Chiki-puki, the call is set.
Nobody emails “does Tuesday work?” five times. The guest sees real availability and picks. Done.
Every slot is shown in the guest’s own zone, labelled with their city. Nobody joins an hour early.
